Civil Engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, with extensive experience in infrastructure finance.

Has developed his career during 15 years in the development and financing of infrastructure projects. Joined the EIB in 2010, since then Juan has been particularly involved in low carbon transport projects such railway and port projects.
