Luca Lo Re is an international climate policy analyst in the Environment and Climate Change Unit at the International Energy Agency, and part of the secretariat of the OECD-IEA Climate Change Expert Group (CCXG). His work focuses on international carbon markets, Article 6 and net zero. In the past, he has worked on climate policies advice for the World Resources Institute (WRI), EcoAct and Perspectives Climate Change.
