Marta Marañón

Marta Marañón was graduated as a Geographer and soon she continued her studies in Landscape Management.  After some years of school teaching, she progressively specialized in Evaluation of Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action programs.

From 2003 until 2011 she gained experience in evaluating and measuring social impact for the public and private sectors, as well as for civil society organizations from Spain, the UE and the UN. She has conducted missions in fragile contexts of humanitarian crisis and emergencies in different countries of Asia, Africa and America Latina. She has as well participated in many international and national congress and forums, and she has taught in post graduate programs, always sharing her experience. She has ability to stablish and participate in different networks and she has communication skills.

Since 2011 she promotes Institutional Relations and Strategic Partnerships in Ayuda en Acción as part of the board of Directors. In 2013 she was graduated in the ESADE’s program of Leadership and Social Innovation in NGOs. Currently she is part of the board of FORETICA and the Spanish Association of Foundations. FORETICA promotes corporate social responsibility among the private sector, encouraging the corporates to be more sustainable in their core business and to have good government practices.
